From the organic vineyard of the Holy Monastery of Toplou Sitia, two indigenous varieties, the liatiko with its fruity character and the handkerchief with its wild and intense purple color, give a red wine with unique aromas of forest fruits and a long aftertaste. It accompanies excellently cooked meals and grilled meat. Served at 18 degrees Celsius.
