Lockable Toilet Roll Holder Squeeze the spring on the cross bar and the side hinge of the toilet roll swings open. Slide a toilet-roll over the cross-bar and close the side hinge – this locks the toilet roll holder preventing pilferage and you cannot re-open until the tissue on the roll has finished. When the tissue has finished crush the cardboard toilet -roll insert, pushing down on the spring and the hinge door will open again. Remove cardboard tube and re-insert new toilet-roll.
