We only need the bread.   El Xato Restaurant: Looking for the best raw materials   This handmade chocolate is made in the city of Villajoyosa (famous city in Spain for its chocolate industry), by Chocolates Perez, with selected cocoa, our EVOO and fleur de sel from the Mediterranean marshes (Santa Pola), all supervised and created by the El Xato restaurant in search of the best products, to obtain a product of the highest quality.   El Xato restaurant has more than 100 years of history, internationally awarded, with chef Cristina Figueira in her kitchen and sommelier Francisco Cano in the dining room.   A different and artisan Chocolate!   The combination of the different ingredients make our chocolate unique and very different. A true explosion of flavor that will not leave anyone indifferent, endorsed by the craft seal of the Valencian Community.
